The workers at this location misrepresent comcast fully. Customer service is served with an attitude and no freindly greeting. The workers speak to customers as if they are tired and do not want to work! Some cases I have seen, while trying to pay a bill workers talk amongst themselves about what they cooked or where they went out at night at a club before serving standing customers. Very unprofessional and when a customer ask a question the worker never know the answer but refer the customer to comcast 1800 #. You get more bees with honey, this place is serving customers vinegar!!!!
