Chase Bank

I've had a great experience with Chase. When you call a branch, you actually get a real person and the people are friendly and efficient--any you don't feel like you're interfering in their day! I haven't had any problems, after 9 years, and whenever I have questions, I'm not made to feel like an idiot. What's more, they're actually chatty and seem to enjoy interacting with their customers. Imagine that! It's the only big corporate bank I know that acts like the old-fashioned, neighborhood bank and offers all the up-to-date computer banking functions.
