Bloomingdale's

This store operates as if they are a fly-by-night bunch of crooks. Salesperson encouraged us to open a Bloomies charge to receive the discount but discount was never applied. Numerous mistakes were made, and absolutely NO ONE takes responsibility to resolve their errors. We spent hours on the phone dealing with these incompetents, and are stunned by their unprofessionalism. Poor service, poor follow-up, and frankly, poor selection of products. Believe me, this store is badly managed and staffed and you will regret spending your money here.
