        Avoid Medinah At All Costs

        This store operates as if they are a fly-by-night bunch of crooks. Salesperson encouraged us to open a Bloomies charge to receive the discount but discount was never applied. Numerous mistakes were made, and absolutely NO ONE takes responsibility to resolve their errors. We spent hours on the phone dealing with these incompetents, and are stunned by their unprofessionalism. Poor service, poor follow-up, and frankly, poor selection of products. Believe me, this store is badly managed and staffed and you will regret spending your money here.

        This store is worth seeking out. It is in the Medinah Temple, beloved to all Chicagoans, and they have done a fantastic job of turning a landmark into a destination for everything you would need for your home. I found the entire staff to be welcoming and I felt like they really wanted to help me find what was perfect for my home. They have the best bedding department in the city. I feel that their selection was both trendy and traditional. The staff asked all of the right questions and even followed up after the sale to ensure that I really liked what I bought. I haven't seen this level of service in Chicago in a long time. I am totally impressed.
