Athletico Physical Therapy - Garfield Ridge

I have been going to the Garfield Ridge location for about six months.
My therapist,Maggie, is very knowledgeable and very professional.
The staff is extremely friendly and the facility is well maintained.
The manager, Scott, is always friendly and has a good rapport with the patients.
I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

This is one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I attempted to reschedule an appt earlier in the day. They booked me for Saturday, then called back and said my insurance wouldn't cover Saturday because all they had was an Assistant there. They told me they would have something in the evening. I told them I would call if I could make it. Anyway, I was accused of missing that spot which I never booked. Scott got on the phone and said I should be happy I was not charged. I told him again I never booked it in the first place. In addition, the therapist spends a short time with you and passes you off to someone else. The Assistants disappear when you complete a task and you have to chase them down. I tried to be pleasant with the people when I started there, made small talk and showed them pictures of my pups.The therapist told me a few people (assistants) commented I had dog odor on my shoes, etc. What ignorant immature uneducated people work there. I am looking for a new company. I have serious back and knee problems. Instead of treating me with respect, they talk and act like a bunch of imbeciles. I told my Orthopaedic doctor about their unprofessionalism. They had the audacity to ask me why I was sweating. Common sense tells you that happens when working out. They are rude and stupid. I really want to report the majority of these people. They have zero compassion for people in pain. They cannot even do their job. I don't know if it is lack of training or laziness, but suffice it to say, these so called Therapy Assistants at the Archer location are a pathetic bunch. I am looking forward to working with a new company. I won't waste my time, energy or insurance on this bunch of losers going forward.
