MY MOM HOUSE NEEDED BASIN CLEANED AND OF COURSE THIS IS RIGHT AT CHRISTMAS TIME. ALMIGHTY DID COMMENT TO A DATE AND TIME BUT DUE TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE US THEY RAN INTO A DELAY AND TIME RAN OUT. HECTOR'S CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE REASON WHY WE ALLOWED THEM TO RESCHEDULE OUR CLEANING THEY HONORED THEIR QUOTED PRICE QUICK AND INFORMATIONAL ABOUT THEIR STEPS OF OPERATION. SO AT THE END I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN I THEN SET UP THE SAME SERVICE AT MY HOUSE THEY SHOWED UP AND TREATED ME LIKE THEY APPRECIATED MY BUSINESS.

These guys are great. I called them over 4 years ago and they came out after some other company screwed something up. I should have know for the price the first company was charging was a hoax. Almighty came our fixed my existing problem and what other company the fly by night created. And they were fair on their prices. After talking with the repair man, I found out that it was a family owned business were the owners still actually go out and meet the customers.

Very impressed.
