        Zero stars earned for completely fraudulent sales tactic! I called due to my AC not working properly. The tech who came never went to the roof to even look at the AC. He diagnosed it as a furnace issue and referred me to Jack who promptly sold me a $3,500 brand new furnace. The techs who installed the AC also never went to the roof or confirmed that the AC was working. It wasn't!! When I called back, they sent another tech who came out and told me the problem had been misdiagnosed. I needed a new AC, not a new furnace! Not only did All Temp not offer any type of refund or discount on the furnace they incorrectly sold me, but they tried to lie about the cost of a new air conditioner, saying the full cost was $5,000, but they wouldn't charge me any profit, overhead or labor due to the screw-up. I asked for the expense breakdown and Jack stalled, saying he would email a quote the next day. When I finally got him to disclose the breakdown, the cost of the AC & equipment was only $2,000 and they were still charging for labor. With a quick call to another company, I was able to confirm the cost of equipment and installation of a similar unit at $2,495. Obviously, I won't be using All Temp for the new AC!!

        They're the best

        I've been using All Temp for about 10 years. They tune my furnace before winter, my air conditioner before summer. I am a member of their Discount Comfort Club so they do this automatically, at a price that is too cheap to believe. And everything just hums. Recently I needed them for an emergency, when my a/c wasn't working. I called and they were out in about 2-1/2 hours. They fixed the whatchamacallit and all was good again. The bill was very fair. I'm pretty sure everyone on my block uses All Temp too, because I see their service vans everywhere. So, this is both a Thank You to All Temp, and a recommendation to others.

        Always there, always fair

        Not surprising, ac went out on hottest day. Called All Temp after reading great review on websites. Came out in about 2 hours. Repaired some loose wiring and ac was back in a flash. Costs was way less than I anticipated, so I was cool with that too. Service guy was very smart and explained problem and solution. We actually signed up for their annual comfort club program for maintenance checks at a discount. I would recommend these guys.

        Just used them and they were everything I was told: Very knowledgable, on-time, fair priced and friendly. I see their service trucks all over the neighborhood so I guess everyone around likes these people too. I recommend them.
