The Willows at Brooking Park is sponsored by St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors System, a not-for-profit, faith-based organization dedicated to making life easier as you age. Senior adults who have chosen The Willows for retirement living have come from all over not just Missouri, but the rest of the country, including Chesterfield County, Clayton, Frontenac, Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Ladue, Creve Coeur, Town and Country, Des Peres, and other parts of St. Louis County, as well as Florida, Washington D.C., and Dallas. Professionalism

They claim “non profit “ however their main concern is profit.
They are horrible at communicating and seldom return a phone call . My parents moved in there and we remodeled their unit . They claimed they were selling the unit for $600,00 which I was thrilled because of all the updates and all that I had done to the unit. However they sold it for $570,000 which was less than what my parents paid before updating. They also passed on a paint and re carpet bill for $14,000 plus . I could go on and on . So disappointing. Taking advantage of the elderly. Not sure how they sleep at night. First photo is the before , second is after we remodeled .
