        Myself an my husband came to the store in Chester yesterday September 25th to replace a mower battery, before going I called the day before to make sure they could do the transaction being that we live an hour from that location. When we got there we went to the customer service desk, there was a lady working there, her name is Reaney, she seemed as if she really didn’t want to be there , she wasn’t pleasant an was very short with us, , she called another guy over to help us with our concern, his name is Larry, we stood at the desk for what seemed like 20 minutes or more, as we stood there she never said anything more to us, soooo when I asked her where in the world did Larry go, she still didn’t say anything, my husband told me to calm down, at this point I felt as if we was being looked over, so another customer came to the desk with the same customer service women, the customer was upset an when I spoke to her she also was complaining about the same customer service lady, I was like so it’s not just me, my thing is if you don’t like your job then leave an find something else that you don’t want to deal with people, because after all your title is customer service for a reason. After many minutes went by Larry finally came back, an not to mention he was very polite, the only issue we had with him is that he said the product was at another Lowe’s an it will be at the service desk when we get there, needless to say when we arrived at the other store they didn’t have a clue as to what we was talking about! We were highly disappointed by then an we just went home an my husband ordered the product from Amazon! Not to mention when Larry came back he basically agreed with us about Reaney attitude towards the customers. All I could say was wow an went outside because one thing am not going to do is to have someone disrespect me. So I protected myself , I know the manager of the shift should insure that the workers maintain a professional manner in all cases!!!
