Called for service they hung up on me , left 2 messages and an email they never got back 2 me they didn't want my business

On a damp and chilly Friday evening, I called Perfect Flame for help with my gas fireplace. A half hour later, Mark was at my house. Perfect service from Perfect Flame. Now I'm comfy and toasty. Thanks, Mark!

Mark from Perfect Flames is a true professional. I called up and explained what i was looking for my tight budget and so forth. He immediately gave me some options and I had him send someone to get an estimate. Sure enough they arrived when they said they would, left no mess. They went back a second time to complete a job again they showed up promptly as promised. Then Mark took the time to meet my family and I to go over every step about the fireplace. I am deaf so that is not an easy thing to do. Since im renovating my whole house and have dealt with other tradespeople, i have to admit that the folks from Perfect Flames were excellent. They delivered as promise and then some. In addition, they took the time to cover up my floors and make sure no mess was left when they were gone and made time out of their schedule to make sure i understood how to operate the fireplace. Totally a professional team i would highly recommend without doubt.

Outstanding!!! My fireplace is 10 years old, and has not worked for 5 years. I have had multiple different companies out to try to fix to no success. The Technician Mark came out and with in a hour had the fireplace working better than it has ever in the past. He came in took his shoes off, and laid a tarp down and thoroughly cleaned my fireplace. I could not be happier. He was a complete pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company. It is hard to find someone you can trust these days but, he is one of the few.
