This woman seemed more interested in watching the clock and getting paid than in helping my daughter. Throughout the three sessions my daughter attended, Ms. Rosenstein kept looking at the clock on the wall rather than giving my daughter her full attention. Ms. Rosenstein never even bothered to take notes or notate any portion of the session. When asked questions in the remaining two sessions, Ms. Rosenstein seemed oblivious that specific questions of assistance were asked during the preceding two sessions. Even though my daughter only attended three counseling sessions with this woman, it was quite obvious that Ms. Rosenstein's interests were not in helping my daughter with her problems, but in clock watching and insurance payments. I will not recommend her to anyone for anything!

Jan was a HUGE help in dealing with my son's issues. She is well educated, caring, compassionate and speaks from experience. She was fantastic with my husband, our 7 year old, and myself. She made me comfortable with myself. I love her very much. And am so glad she has her own practice now. My family and I WILL be returning to her!
