Frauds. Do not rent from them. Do your research on them before you do, then run! They don't even have a license to practice business in GA yet they own many properties here. They stole my security deposit. My job was delayed in getting back with me regarding providing internet service & when they told me that they would not be able to provide internet svc at one of the properties I wanted to rent & I explained this to Sanela Duracak & she pointed out they could not return my deposit under any circumstances. She told me that I should have checked with my job before sending the deposit & I actually did but bc the corp is so large they were delayed in getting back to me. I explained that I wldnt be able to move bc I wldnt be able to work from home as I do now. Contracts are not binding & in my case, common sense was not used to consider that if I moved in I wldnt be able to pay. They are greedy. Go read all the horrible reviews. DO NOT RENT. I'm in the process of suing them & I have reported them to GA Real Estate Commissioner & to the Attorney General's office!
