Profile Manager John Griffis reached out to me via email to see if I needed any help and that's pretty much all it took.
His Professionalism was by far the best in this business.
As was his trainee Cody.

The service associate that I dealt with was Nick Poppel. This name was not an option on the drop down box.

I was greeted by Nick who completed the service ticked promptly and sent my car to the technician who performed the desired service promptly and returned my serviced and washed car to me. I am very pleased, as always, with my service experience.

Very easy to deal with - no hassle and paperwork was very quick.

Andrea always does a great job for me. However, another advisor sold me an expensive (about $2,700) maintenance contract a month or two ago that appears to cover a very limited number of items and I regret spending that amount of money.

Arrived late due to weather and traffic. Was welcomed w/o comment and got vehicle entered into system. In and out within desirable time. Waiting area was comfortable with access to wireless

My experience was excellent except it is now almost impossible to get in touch with ones Service Advisor. From the main receptionist, I asked for Jonathan Clower 3 times and ended up at the voicemail of other advisors. When I did reach Jonathan I received excellent service. I would also note that Jonathan is not listed as an option above to answer the question... Which service associate assisted you today? People no longer employed at BMW of Chattanooga appear though.

Service associates have all been very pleasant to deal with. When a cost for service is quoted for a particular repair, it doesn't change.

I was hesitant to bring my car in for service, due to my recent experience earlier this month. But, this time things went great. My car was serviced in a timely manner with all service issues being addressed. Both Kevin and Andrea were very helpful.

The whole experience a the dealership was such a pleasure. Everyone was pleasent and attentive to our every need.

Andrea was great! The service was fast and efficient. Because of the items that needed to be taken care of on my car during this visit I was expected to be in a loaner car for 2 days and surprisingly she called me early in the afternoon to let me know it was ready for me to come and pick up the same day! This was after I had to add on getting 2 new tires.
