Wok Bo Chinese Restaurant

called for delivery, just put the phone down and walked away for atleast 3 minutes. when he did pick up the phone he wasnt much more helpful , then just hung up on me , i have delt with alot of delivery resturaunts but never in my life been treated so rudely .....

I have ordered from wok Bo a few times. The only reason we have ordered from them many times is that they deliver. The food is ok but there are many other Chinese restaurants that far exceed the quality of Wok Bo. But after a hard day at work, the delivery option is a huge benefit!



I decided to leave a feedback on this establishment because of a recent experience I think the public MUST know about.

I ordered a fair amount of food for my family to be delivered. I paid for the food with my visa debit card that is associated with my checking account. The bill for my order was $34 and change.



The MANAGER of this establishment called me and explained to me that he made a mistake while running my credit card. Instead of charging my card $34 and change. He charged my card $340 and change!!!! Said he was sorry and needed me to call and give him my credit card numbers again. He left this on my voice mail!!

Instead of calling him, I logged onto my bank. Because of this charge, I was now NEGATIVE in my account by a FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!



When I called Wok BO the manager explained what he did and that he was sorry and he cancelled the transaction. I explained to him that I understand mistakes happen, but I now am negative in my checking account by hundreds of dollars!!!This is where things in my opinion became obscene!!!!



He kept saying he cancelled the transaction. I told him that is wonderful, but unless they are willing to call the bank and work this out. I am going to remain in the negative and all incoming debts and checks will be denied. I am going to be charged $30 per transaction from the bank. He just kept saying " cancelled transaction and do u want food?" I'm naturally trying to get him to call the bank and lift this hold! Again he asked me if I want the food. I told him "sure". He then goes on by telling me that he needs my credit card to re-run it! Yeah, your reading this right!!!



I told this so called manager...you accidently run my card for $306.00 too much, have totally put me in a financial bind and you want my credit card ( which is going to be denied anyways thanks to them!) to charge me for the food!!?? He replies by telling me " we don't give free food!!!"" Are you serious???!!! I told him I am asking for your company to give us dinner considering the mess you have caused me. Its not like I am a pauper who knocked on their door asking for food!! Again..he reminds me that they don't give out free food and either "you pay or forget food". Even though his English was broken, it was very obvious he was angry and rude!



I have NEVER dealt with a company that was so rude when they are the ones who were so incompetent in the first place. The audacity to act as if I was "begging for food", when most American ran companies would be bending over backwards to keep a customer! Obviously, this company could careless on keeping a customer happy or keeping a customer at all! He refused to call the bank, refused to give us dinner for free. All I could tell him was he can keep his food and forget us as a customer and I will be letting everyone know just what type of company Wok Bo is. He then hung up on me...yeah, he hung up on me! Nice!!

So if you decided to eat at this company. PLEASE pay with CASH and if you have any problems what so ever with the food or service save your breathe. They don't care and will let you know!

because it's close to where we live. You can eat in as well as take out. I would suggest buying your own drinks to go with your meal (if you are taking out). A can of soda there is 85 cents.
