From the beginning it has been our goal to create the best pizza crust in town; one that is chewy on the inside yet crunchy on the outside. Before we pile on our gourmet toppings we use a combination of extra virgin olive oil, fresh yeast, molasses and a touch of wheat flour to create our distinctive flavor sensation that will leave customers running to tell their friends.
