In addition, brushing and flossing are never a problem and help in the assistance of keeping a clean mouth and continuously improve your oral hygiene routine. These clear braces are also very comfortable, with no metal to cause mouth abrasions during treatment or potentially cutting your tongue when trying to dig food out of the metal braces applications. With no metal and wires, this means you spend less time in your doctor’s office getting adjustments and more time smiling!
Invisalign OrthodonticsInvisalign helps create confidence, allowing you to smile more during treatment as well as after and feel great about yourself. Invisalign is made with 3-D computer imaging technology, and has been proven effective. More than 70% of orthodontists in the US and Canada are certified to treat with Invisalign and more and more dentists, like Dr. Snapp and Dr. Suttles, are becoming certified to help their existing and growing patient base.
Dental ImplantsEveryone deserves to have a complete and beautiful smile that they will be proud to show off throughout the years, however accidents can take place at any time. Unfortunately, a very high percentage of people will lose one or more of their teeth at some point in their life with upwards of a quarter of all adults 65 and over losing all of their teeth. This is why our cosmetic dentists are proud to help all patients restore their smile with custom dental implants.
BridgesDental bridges are for patients who have a gap in their teeth due to a missing tooth. In this case, our cosmetic dentists will custom design a bridge to fill in that gap using a false tooth. The false tooth is then fixed to the bridge and to the surrounding teeth, binding them together. Contact our office for more information on dental bridges or to schedule an appointment with one of our South Charlotte cosmetic dentists 704.752.0500.
Dental BondingWhen cavities or other forms of external damage take place on teeth, patients should immediately seek out the services of our cosmetic dentists. In addition to harming the appearance of one’s smile, these medical conditions can cause serious trauma to the teeth, jaw, and soft tissue when they are left untreated. Luckily, there are now advanced options that not only improve the appearance of one’s teeth, but also the strength of a tooth after damaging was taken place. Here is a closer look at modern options for tooth colored fillings as well as dental bonding.
Resin CompositeDental bonding is one of the treatments that may be recommended for a person who has chipped or broken teeth. Composite resin and porcelain are the two bonding materials that can be used. One of the reasons that tooth bonding is chosen over other procedures is because it only requires that our dentist remove a small portion of the enamel.
VeneersPorcelain veneers, which are also known as dental veneers, are thin restorations that cover the enamel of your tooth. They are considered a good choice for people who have gaps, fractured teeth and discolored teeth. However, we have had patients in Charlotte who just want to overhaul their entire smile with veneers for a full, white, brilliant smile. Call us today to discuss your options for dental veneers and one of our Charlotte cosmetic dentists will consult with you on the best way to approach
CrownsDental crowns are used to repair teeth that have suffered extensive decay or damage. In the past, silver and gold were the main materials used to make crowns. Today, our cosmetic dentists prefer to use porcelain. Porcelain crowns provide our patients with a natural look and feel.
Root Canal TreatmentA root canal is a dental procedure in which our general dentists remove the bacterial infection from a patient’s tooth pulp or nerve chamber. A patient may require root canals for a number of reasons such as their tooth may have become inflamed and irritated due to tooth trauma, deep decay, or a chipped tooth.
DenturesThis style is for when you have had or need to have all of your teeth pulled on either the top, bottom or both. If you still have most of your teeth, the cosmetic dentists will first take a mold of the inside of your mouth. Next the Teeth will be extracted and another mold will be taken of your gums. The two molds will be used to create a temporary version of your denture plate. It make take several visits in order to get the fitting right before you receive your final permanent denture.
Tooth WhiteningA brilliant white smile is something that every patient wants, but years of teeth-staining foods and dark beverages will begin to take a toll on the appearance of your teeth. Brushing, flossing, and watching one’s diet will help with maintaining a whiter smile, however many patients will find that they would like to quickly and safely brighten their smile by a specialized cosmetic dentist. This is why our cosmetic dentists are ready to reinvent your smile and boost your confidence with unparalleled teeth whitening services in South Charlotte, so call our office today for a free consultation with one of our cosmetic dentists.

We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use restorative and cosmetic dentistry to achieve your optimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make ever effort to see and care for you as soon as possible.
General DentistryIf it has been a while since you have been to see a dentist, then you may be looking to get an appointment and check up on the health of your teeth. You may also be wondering why seeing a dentist is something that you should take the time to do. Getting a general dentistry appointment is something that you should do at least every six months or so, and is the most important thing that you can do if you care about your smile and ensuring that it is bright for years to come.
Teeth CleaningExtrinsic staining, on the other hand, is when stains build up on the porous outer layer of one’s teeth. When the enamel is stained, our cosmetic dentists will be able to brighten a smile in as little as a single visit to our office. Our teeth whitening services begin with an inspection of the mouth along with teeth cleaning to remove any plaque or tartar. A powerful whitening gel will then be applied directly to the teeth for a short period of time.
Dental SealantsOur general dentists recognize that tooth decay can cause serious problems to a person’s health. To fight this condition, we recommend patients get dental sealants, also called tooth sealants, on their permanent molars. People may wonder about the benefits of tooth sealants and whether or not this procedure actually helps prevent tooth decay. They may be surprised to learn that sealants are easy to apply and can help protect their teeth against a number of dental problems.
Oral Cancer ScreeningFollowing introductions and an initial discussion, our dentists will perform one of the most comprehensive dental exams you have ever experienced. Our South Charlotte dentists will do a thorough oral cancer screening, prescribe any necessary dental x-rays, and complete an extensive dental exam and periodontal charting. The findings of this exam will be explained and all of you questions concerning recommended treatment will be answered. Please share you questions and concerns with the dentist at this visit so that we can work together to meet your needs. By sharing information openly we hope to establish a trusting doctor/patient relationship and, for many people...
Dental ExaminationDental exams & x-rays play an important role when it comes to maintaining your oral health as these exams provide our dentists the opportunity to check the health of your teeth and gums, and spot any potential troubling early signs of tooth decay or gum disease while still at an easily treatable stage. During these exams, we can also perform a routine oral cancer screening if requested or advised.
X-raysIt is highly recommended that you see our dentists at least once every six months for a regular checkups, exams and even dental x-rays. Taking a proactive approach to your oral hygiene will drastically improve your dental health as you age and your children’s teeth begin to fall out and fill in.
