We offer affordable surface prep options that ensure your MAACOVER looks great. A little surface repair before the paint goes on can ensure it holds that gloss and shine for years to come. Step 3: Surface Sealer - Sealer plays that all-important role of establishing a barrier between the old and new paint. This ensures consistent color and a higher gloss throughout the entire painted surface. At Maaco we offer 3 grades of sealer. Latisha is very friendly and responsive. They did a great job painting our old model civic and didn't try to upsell the basic service. I would definitely recommend them. So far as the paint job - you get what you ask for and pay for and I thought it was a good deal.
Wayne was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite through the entire process beginning with the first time I walked in asking for an estimate all the way through until the car was painted and ready for pick up.
The customer service here is impeccable and went way beyond my expectations. They got my car in quickly after giving me the lowest estimate around and they made arrangements to have my car ready earlier than I originally planned because of my needs. In addition, Wayne arranged for me to have on-site window tinting done through one his vendors, he had the headlights restored, and the inside of the car was immaculate when I got it back. Not only did he follow through with what was agreed upon, he went beyond that and took such good care of me!
The paint job is perfect, and I am so happy that I chose MAACO to fix the body of my car. I actually have arrangements to bring our other car in about a month, and Wayne indicated he could help me arrange a rental car as well! Thank you, Wayne and Thank you, MAACO!
I had my husband's truck painted a year or so ago and recently had my husband's Volvo's body work done and a full paint job. Both vehicles look AMAZING. The trucks paint has not faded 1 bit and it is fire engine red. The Volvo looks brand-new. Every dent and ding has been removed and a paint looks like the car just came off the showroom floor. I am so satisfied that I have made another appointment to bringing my car next week. I will be recommending Chris, Brian and Ed from the Charlotte (Covedale Dr) store to EVERYONE!!!!
After being in an accident, I went to multiple auto body repair and paint shops and these guys are definitely the best! Not only are they reasonably priced, but the quality of work is superior as well. I had my car painted a completely different color and my friends are telling me it looks like a brand new car. The slightly extra cost for the higher quality paint was very much worth it because I can definitely tell the difference from other paint and repair jobs I've had done in the past. If you're looking for a reasonably priced high quality paint or auto body repair job, I'd suggest you consider this shop.
James is extremely personable and he delivered what he had promised.... I will definitely go back there!

Word to the wise when they post the sign Not Responsible for Items left in Vehicle that is a license for their employees to steal and there is nothing you can do about it. I can’t speak to the quality of their work but I can tell you they are totally unprofessional they lie and they’re thieves.
Latisha is the best! Hands down the best experience i've had with a body shop. For people that have super high expectations from $360 paint job obviously have no clue how much an actual OEM paint job costs...between $4-6k... so for a measly $350-600 to have your whole car resprayed is fantastic.
Very respectful and professional.. Latisha and Gabriel work great as a team!
