Mrs Michelle thanks for sharing your opinion. remember that you never took your vehicle into our shop. im sure that you must be writing on regards of your husbands repair, and i find it to be very irresponsible from you to write about something that you are not fully aware of. since you were not around when all the details were discuss about that repair. however if anything was not to expectations you have one year warranty and we will be glad to take care of any issue. if no claim has ever been made please state that as well.

This company is a rip off. After taking my vehicle in and requesting a good faith estimate BEFORE ANY repairs, they did not and ended up repairing my truck, grossly overcharging me and to top it off it was shoddy work and incorrect repair. When confronted with my issues the company was very argumentative, and couldnt even explain exactly what went wrong nor why they did not contact me first. They refuse to help me any further. Ultimately I had to have another company fix their overpriced bad work.
