        Overall

        Worst job experience ever. On the phone they tell you YOU will get 40 hrs and will work between a certain time of the day. When they call you to finalize everything with the congratulations call everything is totally different ended up working 26 hrs a week instead of 40. Who can live off that. There isnt a chance to receive overtime. The on site rep at Allstate in Charlotte NC -Tracey Duckworth is the worst. She doesn't communicate with you. She ignores your emails. She was the worst manager I ever had. They don't even deserve one star.
