Great service! Helped me out with a problem right away, even fixed two addition problems I had for free after the repair was complete.

The work that they did on repairing my computer was awesome. I had no problems with it since then and they ordered my parts much cheaper than I could of found them for on my own. Only thing was that the service took a day longer but I can honestly still refer friends to them.

I have purchased several computers from this business, both personal and for business. Customer service has always been excellent and service has been prompt. I would use these guys again.

The staff is extremely friendly and they offer the best prices in town that you can ever imagine. I also called in about an issue and they helped me resolve the problem without me even having drive there. Extremely satisfy with the service I've gotten. I recommend this to anyone who wants to save time and money.

Do not go there, customer service is terrible,go to a real repair shop where the people have at least enough common sense to know that customer service is apart of running a business along with technical aspect. I went there to ask about servicing a laptop of mine and all I got was the wrong diagnosis and arrogance on top of that from the guy working in there.I don't recommend anyone go there.

Brought in three different computers for different problems... they diagnosed the problems on the spot and gave me an estimate. It ended up being cheaper than the quote because i brought multiple computers in and got a discount. Highly recommended.. they helped me at my home using a program so I didnt have to leave the house when I got another virus as well free of charge..and taught me how to avoid future problems. Thanks guys!!!

This "business" is run by a guy who clearly doesn't know much about quality customer service. Nearly everything that comes out of his mouth is an excuse for why he shouldn't be held responsible for shoddy work. I was told the computer I purchased was practically new, but when I took it home there was less than 30 minutes battery life and none of the features I was promised. I also enlisted them to repair my iPhone screen. In the process of replacing the screen, they damaged some of the pixels on the underlying screen. In the process of refunding me for the computer, they actually charged my credit card twice, causing further frustration. This staff shouldn't be operating a cash register, much less selling or repairing tech gadgets.
