        Help with creating files and USB

        Clarissa at the Fed Ex/Kinkos on East Blvd in Charlotte was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient in explaining to me the USB I needed and in downloading the files. She went over and beyond in helping me understand what I needed to do and helped me further when I returned the next day needing more help emailing the files.
