CVS Pharmacy

This CVS location has some very rude employees. I have experienced this on numerous visits. I try to avoid going in this store, but sometimes have to for convenience. This evening I went in for a couple of things and witnessed an altercation between another customer and one of the employees that has been rude to me in the past. The customer was complaining about how rude the employee had been to her and how this had happened to her during several earlier visits to the store. After the customer left the store, the employee continued to bad mouth the customer and even went as far as to threaten physical harm to the customer if the customer complained to her again. With all the people out there that need jobs, this is the best CVS can employ? REALLY? I will say that there was a new employee there tonight that checked me out at the register. He was very polite. Sure hope they keep him!!! It seems that this is a consistent problem for this store. If the manager doesn't make changes to his staff in the near future, I will begin driving a little further to Walgreens.
