I had dealings with a employee named Elizabeth and have never been treated as badly as I did with her. I had been a patient for 5 years and will never return with that kind of person working there! Done!

After more than 30 years as a patient of this clinic and its predecessors, I was confronted with the worst interaction of all. When I asked for a phone call explanation from my doctor's nurse as to why I needed a blood draw two days before scheduled in-patient surgery, I received no call, and, when speaking to the nurse in the office, she lied about calling me and referenced another staff doctor to provide me results. I told her I would not be able to receive the results on the day of my surgery. Within days, I received a certified mailing which dismissed me from the practice, without the courtesy of an opportunity to discuss any differences. Has to be the most unorganized business ever. They have a lot of room to improve in the customer service area. They should give me a paycheck for as much as I had to work to get them to send my prior authorization in.
