Chef Alyssa's Kitchen

What a perfect date night!!! LOVED IT! My boyfriend surprised me for our date night last month, and took me to a cooking class. I'd never done a cooking class before (but I do love the Food Network and cooking a little bit at home). Cooking more is always something I try to do more, but after coming to a class with Chef Alyssa --- I will definitely be cooking often!



We worked in groups of 4, and Chef Alyssa demo each step. Then her and her team of assistants walk around to help out. One of my favorite parts was that in was inside of a farmers market and we used local products from the vendors there.



Perfect for a fun thing to do in Charlotte or just a great date night -- Chef Alyssa's Kitchen is the place. Most definitely coming back!

So much fun!! Chef Alyssa is an incredible teacher (used to be an executive chef and cooked at the James Beard House). Perfect date night. Brought a bottle of wine... and we actually were able to cook the food too!
