Dr. Scott was so helpful a few weeks ago, staying after hours to help me out. Great service.

Love this office, Even though I have moved across Charlotte, I still drive the extra "mile" just to make sure this is still my sons dentist.

Everything went great in my appointment I had a nice cleaning. My mouth feel clean and better!

Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry is awesome! It speaks volumes that my kids don't mind going to the dentist, in fact they are excited to go . The staff and Dr. Scott were very friendly and energetic and the office is extremely kid friendly.

This is a very good place to take your child everyone that I met showed nothing but kindness and you can tell Dr. Scott is very good with kids.
I was in need of someone to take care of my two year olds teeth, found out from another office that he would need some work done. He preformed a few root canals on my little boy, he did this in his office while my child was under anesthesia. Everything turned out great and my child is happy as can be. I live over an hour away from Charlotte but plan to take him back when it's time for a regular checkup.

We saw Dr. Scott for about 5 years. My daughter loved the practice with all the TVs on the ceiling and fun toys. So, as a parent I was a bit surprised when we received a letter 'dismissing' my daughter from the practice shortly after I had expressed concern over a lack of appropriate communications to manage expectations (which Dr. Scott admitted to) and a desire to have the office better vet dental costs with the insurance company and provide a detailed statement. The lack of communication caused one visit to turn into three. When I expressed frustration at a situation that could have been avoided I was told Dr. Scott would follow up with me. That never happened and instead I received a letter dismissing my daughter from the practice and cancelling her upcoming appointment. Clearly, this practice is successful enough for the loss routine individual patients not to matter - which speaks volumes, as does the fact that Dr. Scott cannot handle any parental opinion or expression.

Wonderful experience with Dr.Scott and staff. My daughter cannot wait to go back to the dentist! Excellent all the way around! Definitely recommend to family and friends!

Dr. Scott has been our kids dentist for 5 years. They love going there. Dr. Scott and his staff are so kind and gentle with them. Never had any issues, my 4 year old recently had a filling done and said he actually liked having it done! That speaks volumes! I would highly recommend! We are so glad to have a a children's dentist as skilled and talented as Dr. Scott treat our kids.

We have followed Dr. Scott and he has been our daughters dentist for over 10 years. He began caring for our daughter in a family practice in Western NC. When he moved we followed. His excellent care and general chair side manner with children is absolutely wonderful. I really can't say enough good things about BPD and Dr. Scott. My children love coming to the dentist because it is always a pleasant experience for them. The entire staff is wonderful.
