Avoid this store as much as you can. Their service is horrible!!
I had placed an order before school started, and all seem to be fine. I was told the order should get to my house the following week with plenty of time to be ready for school. The order did not arrive as expected, so I called, and I left a message, but no one called me back. In the span of two weeks, I left two more messages asking about my order and never get a callback. Three days after the last message, I called again and decided to wait on the phone to speak with a person. I was on-hold for twenty minutes, when a man finally talk to me on the phone, he was extremely rude. I asked about the order, and he said it had been delivered. It was not until I asked probing question (tracking number, address on file, etc.) that he realizes he is talking about the wrong order. At some points he says, "you are just going to have to wait" or him to get the information. I asked if I would have to wait for another twenty minutes, and he says, "it will take as long as it takes." I asked for my money back.
The customer service was horrid, and now I do not have what my child needed to start school.

If I could leave negative stars I would! Steve Bleser is an absolute nightmare to work with. Disorganized does not even begin to describe his "business". The man has no regard for service and don't bother if you're looking for anything resembling quality. Take a look at his "store" and your disgust will only compound. How this man services companies like Family Dollar and schools like Charlotte Catholic and Holy Trinity are beyond us. To call him a used car salesman is an insult to shady used car salesmen. Lies, poor service and an overall disregard for quality are only SOME of the reasons to take your business elsewhere. You've been warned!
