Countryside Veterinary Clinic is the best veterinary hospital that I have ever been to. I have 1 dog and 2 cats and have found the entire staff to be helpful and compassionate in every way. I also use their boarding and grooming services. This is a top notch hospital and I would never go anywhere else! The veterinarians are EXCELLENT!!

Fast scheduling of appointment. No wait in the office. Given fees ahaead of time. Great staff and Dr.

Unprofessional, arrogant, money hungry, rude...the list can go on forever. Once he discovered that we worked in the city -- the charges started to pile up. He got snippy and rude when questioning him regarding unnecessary procedures. Made an apt for blood work on a Sat -- he did everything but the blood work. Was informed that we had to schedule the blood work around his schedule. This meant taking off a whole day from work. I read thru the older 5 star ratings -- they're bogus.

Avoid this place at any cost!!! Read the reviews and you will understand why. So many people can't be wrong. This Dibbern character that wants to pretend he is a doctor but in all reality he is a plains salesman will try to sell you all kind of unnecessary things and procedures. After that it just becomes an extortion so if you need a copy of the prescription food that he prescribed!!!.... you must come in for a unnecessary visit with your pet so he can charge you money for that. What a joke!!!

As stated before, this vet likes your money. His services are very expensive and service is just satisfactory. Never believe the agreed upon price and he likes to add charges to the bill. I do not recommend him as a vet and I believe his business practices are unprofessional and border on unethical. Stay away, far away.

Dr. Dibbern and his staff are wonderful. He's been in business for a long time and knows what he's doing. I have never gone to him and felt like he wants our money. He's recommended science diet and the other food they have for animals - that's his job doesn't make him a bad vet. He's actually a very caring vet. I've had cats for over 20 years and had to put a few down. The last two I took to Dr. Dibbern - his whole staff was there to support me during this very difficult time.

Be aware! He likes money... your money. I feel as if medications were prescribed that were not necessary leaving me with $300 bill.

I agree with Jennifer they charged well over $150 over what was agreed upon. They trimmed my cats claws while she was boarded without ever calling me to discuss it. Extra $45 charge for anesthesia. The nearest cat boarding is 20 miles from here, take your cat don't even consider this.

Bill was over $100 more then staff discussed with me. I did not find this out until i went to pick up the animal.

Dr. Dibbern and his staff are very professional and caring not only with the pets they treat but with the owners as well. I had a very sick pet, Max, that they treated and he was a challenge. They treated him like he was their own and Max loved them. And as you know, if your pet reacts to their kindness, they are definitely good people. Dr. Dibbern and his staff are very knowledgable and educate the owners as well. I find this very helpful as a pet owner and wanting the best for my pets. Doc, Marsha, Emily, Wendy and Casey - You are the best ! Thank you so much for all of your expertise and kindness. I would highly, highly recommend Countryside Vet.
