Hobby Lobby

I used to love this location but it's really been going down hill recently. The customer service is awful. Every employee there seems almost annoyed if they get asked a question. And that's only if you can actually find one. Most of the time, they are MIA. Esepecially in the framing dept. Secondly, the way they treat their products during stocking is clearly not up to par. Half the things I want to buy are most of the time scratched,chipped, or even have entire pieces broken off. And when I asked if I could still buy the damaged item, the manager there thought that offering 10% off was a good idea. I had to LOL considering I could use a 40% off coupon and get a better deal. What a joke. Any retailer understands that if an item is damaged, it should be sold at an exceptionally lower rate considering the item I was looking at had parts of it broken off. (A coral statue that obviously wouldn't look the same if someone glued parts of it back on) - which by the way was the manager's other brilliant idea. Lol'ed again at that suggestion too. I get that it's an arts and crafts store, but I didn't realize even buyint a new product implied some crafting to have it look the way it was supppsed to in the first place. If you have a different hobby lobby to go to, I would def. recommend a location other than this one. The one at Indian bend isn't too bad. But the customer reps are scarce in that store too. Guess this is just what we have to put up with if we want a variety bigger than Michael's. (The one good thing about Hobby Lobby..I mean, as long as what you want to buy isn't broken to bits.)
