THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE, BRIAN #33 DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND FIXED THE DRAIN LEAK UNDER MY KITCHEN SINK, AND CLEARED THE CLOGGED DRAINAGE PIPE. HE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5-STAR RATING FOR SURE!!!!!! IF I HAVE ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE I WILL CALL "PREFERRED PLUMBING" FOR SURE!
I called Preferred Plumbing on Saturday Sept. 8 because my toilet was not flushing properly and my sons could not fix the problem. Within an hour, one of the techs was at my door. His name was Austin. He evaluated the issue, knew immediately it needed a new valve, and replaced it within 20 minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received and will call this company again for future plumbing needs.
Member #38 I believe (dark completed Asian guy) Came to my house on Tuesday July 25 for my clogged kitchen drain. We used to call Roto Rooter but they’re so expensive and charge extra for everything! This nice young man came out and not only fixed the problem but performed another service to ensure that the sink would t clog back up for a long while. Used you guys last December and you are who I’ll be calling for any plumbing needs.
