Exotic Birds & Pets

I would give it a zero if I could. The habitats are deplorable and the animals are not kept in proper habitats. One of the dogs there looked like it was dying and the small animals had no hiding places which is crucial to their well-being. There were flies in the tanks with mice/rats and very little bedding for any of the mice/rats/guinea pigs/rabbits/chinchillas. I will never go back to that pet store and I can't believe it hasn't been shut down. Do not spend your money there. The animals looked sickly and scared. There were very noisy birds situated next to the guinea pig, rabbits and chinchillas, all of which have very delicate hearing. They can hear better than humans and the noise the birds made was hurting my ears. They are all afraid and anxious from the noise of the birds. I wouldn't wish this kind of hell-hole on my worst enemy. I plan on reporting this shop (torture chamber) to the proper authorities and not stopping until some changes are made. The owner should be ashamed!!!

For the bad review that person wrote they are so wrong u must of went in there with a attitude, I know these people I bought my puppy there and I love everything about this store, the employees are sweet and go out of their way to help u......

if you do decide to purchase anything make sure to take it to your vet as soon as possible. everything was overpriced except for the rats, mice and crickets. every single employee was rude and not very honest.

We have such a great experience every time we shop with you. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable in addition to having excellent product. On weds Jan 13th, 2010 I was running late getting off work and my Son had phoned in a order for crickets and worms and do you know they have my business for life because they were leaving for the night and reopened the doors so I could pick up our order. They even held a conversation with me and made me feel welcome. As I drove away I thought to myself Wow they are simply the best. I spent $6 and was treated as a million dollar customer. Thank you, thank you. You are all the best!

Had A very bad experience with these people, If you buy a pet there Please have A vet check it out A.S.A.P. They are not very honest about what they sell.
