        I just went to this Wendy's this evening and was saying that I wanted a cheese potato without the Velveeta cheese sauce. I wanted shredded cheese. The woman was rude and made her juvenile comment that they don't use Velveeta cheese sauce, which technically may have been true because they are too CHEAP to use Velveeta, but my point was I did not want cheese sauce. She then told me it didn't matter because they didn't have any potatoes presently. I then asked her why this Wendy's never seems to have potatoes when all the others do and she proceeded to tell me that they take an hour to make so it is hit or miss. I said bye and she made a rude BYYYEEEE comment. I then went to another Wendy's where I am not sitting with a baked potato with shredded cheese and guess what? They do use cheese sauce. The guy there told me that is what they use unless someone like me requests shredded cheese. Do NOT go to this Wendy's located on S Main Street between Sheehan and W. Spring Valley Rd because the employees lie to you and are RUDE. I am now trying to get through to Wendy's HQ to report this unethical behavior. In today's society where people are concerned about the stuff put in food, you would think honesty would be the best policy. Just reported this location to HQ and they claim there will be follow up.

        I had a terrible meal at this ...

        I had a terrible meal at this location about 6 months ago and had vowed to never go back, but my son asked me to pick up something for him and tonight, I had an issue with an employee and asked for a manager and she told me she was the manager. Wendy's needs to train their management better because this young lady had no idea what the meaning of customer service was.
