Belk

At the Belk in Warner Robins, my friend & I tried to return some cosmetics at the Estee Lauder counter and were basically told off. IT TOOK LITERALLY 45 MINUTES OF HAGGLING. They don't like to accept returns, period. We were unfortunate enough to also have bought the cosmetics in Macon, and they just about flat-out refused. There was a girl at the counter who was extremely rude named Jennifer. My mother had told me in the past about not being able to return items and them having told her to go to Macon to return it. That's what this girl told me. After her being rude about it right off the bat, I commented on how people had told me there were rude girls at this counter, she said, "Maybe you should take your stuff to Macon instead," I freaked. I told her azz off and then some. What kind of customer service is this anyway? She literally tried to get up in arms with me from behind the counter (she was about a foot taller, which doesn't bother me in the least; I guess she thought it might intimidate some people, but not this redhead). She did the neck jerking thing at me and said, "I've got two more people standing right over there..." and I got right up on her and said, "Then you better go get them cause you're gonna need them!" She practically ran with her tail between her legs, to get her manager. Typical bully, running when someone snaps back. After telling some other folks about our experience, boy, did I start hearing all kinds of stories. There is evidently another girl who is a bully named Diane at this same counter in WR. From what I heard, she never accepts a return regardless of whether it was from WR or not. I don't know how they get away with that, but I guess they are so damn ugly about it that the nice people leave. I guess I'm not nice. What infuriates me the most now, is how the manager came out & said, "Well, this hurts their counter sales," and now that I've heard about what they are doing, how the hell does he think Macon likes it, taking back all of WR's sales?



So people, get with us, and don't buy at the Estee Lauder counter in Belk's at the Galleria Mall in Warner Robins. Give your money to the poor women at the Estee Lauder counter in Macon who have to put up with WR's bullshizit. Imagine how much in sales those Macon women have lost. Even better, if you must return it, take it to Warner Robins. They certainly have earned it.
