        Overall

        This agency serves no purpose that I have ever been able to see. They have one phone number and never answer it. They give you a message that says they will return your call within 24 hours. They never called me but called another person I am associated with in another agency. I was actually trying to call them to complain about this person. When I continued to try to contact them they never returned the call. I'd like to know what they are doing with all the funding they receive. Purchased an answering machine I suppose.
