Very nice employees, esp in the hotel

The WORST CASINO EVER! BEWARE! BEWARE! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CASINO I HAVE EVER ATTENDED! DO NOT LET YOURSELF BECOME A VICTIM OF THIS CASINO!

You will lose. If you just want a hotel fine. But if you are going to gamble go to River Spirit. As a local every time I have gambled at Hard Rock I have lost. Not even a close ratio. At River Spirit I can leave positive at a much more favorable ratio. I have never had a complaint at any casino, however I can say that Manager Terrell from Hard Rock handled the one problem I had without empathy and without any concern for someone who was not a High Roller. Stay for the room, but travel to gamble. Can't wait till hotel is open at River Spirit.

The hotel is high class and the casino is the best in Oklahoma. The 4 eateries are top class. I've experienced three shows. The Scintas from Las Vegas. ( outstanding). Tonight will be Styx. Cas you get any better!!!!

We made a special trip here to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe and they don't have one.?.?. The gift shop that was there was very small and had limited choices. So I bought just a reg t-shirt and we left to go find somewhere else to eat. The ventilation system was not very well planned, as it was difficult to breath in the casino with the heavy smoke-filled air. I have been to many casino's in my life and many allowed smoking and they were not as bad as this.

I won't play there again...The house charges $.50 a hand for blackjack...I will not tip the dealer,when they do this
