We came to the dealership knowing what we wanted and knowing our budget would be maxed out. They not only got us the exact vehicle we wanted with the options package we wanted, but also got us a BETTER price than we had found elsewhere online, and a BETTER interest rate than we had been offered from another financing company, and MORE money for our trade-in than we expected. We were offered sodas while we waited for paperwork to be ready. They cleaned up the new car and gave us about a 1/4 tank of gas to go. Everything was done in about 2 hours on a weeknight, which was pretty amazing. Drove the new car home very happy with our experience. We had shopped at another Dodge dealership before coming here, and did not have a good experience at all. Going to Musselman's was a night and day difference, for the better, compared to the other bigger dealership. They worked with us to the maximum of their ability, and explained everything along the way, so we never felt like we were making an uneducated decision. It was the best place to buy a new Dodge in the Baltimore area, and we recommend them to our friends and family.
