Sego's is great! I thought they were easy to work with and they answered all my questions.

I recieved a shower chair for my husband I went to put it in my bathroom only to discover it was used full of rust with pubic hair and soap scum build up! When I called them to tell them to come pick up they told me they would not its my chair now and if I want another one I would need another rx from the doctor! Really!

These people are liars!!! I have good insurance and they called me saying my insurance does not cover the product I needed and I had to pay $40 per item. My insurance company calls me a few hours later asking if I wanted to cancel my prescription. It old them what Sego had told me and they said that my products are 100% covered. So I call them back to ask why they would call me lying to me and trying to get me to pay out of pocket and I get a whole different story that they my insurance company gave them a bunch of different codes and none of them worked. They just don't want to wait for their money through the insurances and tell people this so people can pay out of pocket!!! I bet they do this a lot. So beware everyone if you decide or any else sends you here!!! Bad bad business!!! LIARS!!!!
