C Y Laundromat

I have been coming to this laundromat for over five years and have never had an issue until now. While inserting our laundry into the machines, the manager attacked my disabled, elderly mother for "tampering" with an absent person's laundry when all she did was mistakenly put quarters in the machine. When my mother asked for her senior citizens discount- which is why we come here in the first place- the manager aggressively slammed the change onto the machines we were using, grunting little more than, "New Policy." What she meant by this is that if your machine is already started, you now get half the discount. We were informed of this change of policy by a paper stuck to the back wall of the laundromat. If I could give this business a negative five star, I would, for horrible customer service and the lack of even warm water. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
