Great service. nice people but don't call to have your bill paid. I've called twice today and the first time I finally gave up. I clocked my wait time @ approx. 10 minutes, I called again and my wait time was about 8. I just want to pay my bill. Needless to say. I'll wait until they send me another bill. They don't even give you time to reply if you can hold or not. Need to focus a little more....a lot more actally on one to one customer service on their phone side. Other than that, they are fine. I would use them again but I would pay up front of mail my payment in. I was really diappointed. This is my third month trying to pay them on the phone and I got discouraged everytime because the wait was crazy...Unacceptable
