Sylvan Learning of Cary & Morrisville

My daughter struggled with math for many years. After school interventionS, private tutors didn't help, I decided to enroll her in Sylvan. She attended Sylvan Learning Center during her 5th grade year. It is the end of her 6th grade year and she has received the 6th grade award for excellence in math. Sylvan was instrumental in giving Delaney the skills and confidence to succeed. The teachers worked with her on an individual basis and evaluated her regularly through testing to ensure she was progressing. She loves math-it may be her favorite subject. I can't say enough about the staff at Sylvan, Chris ( the director) kept me informed of Delaney's progress and was always available to answer questions I had, or to meet with me at a moments notice. Sylvan made the difference in my child's life-THANK YOU!

We are VERY pleased. Our daughter read 73 words on her last school assessment, when she was only req'd to read 31!! But most of all, she is now motivated and confident about reading AND learning. We could not be more pleased. The staff are VERY professional and supportive. My daughter loves going to their center! And they are very professional with the families as well. Good job!

Sylvan has really been a great fit for Andrew. His instructor really helped Andrew with questions about his future and has relieved some anxiety about going to college. We are really glad we brought Andrew to Sylvan. It has pumped his confidence in himself and his abilities. We have recommended Sylvan to several of his friends' parents

We have had a very positive experience with Sylvan. Sam is extremely excited to attend Sylvan and is trying his hardest to succeed. The staff has explained his growth and goals to me in detail. They have been a pleasure to work with.

Standardized tests like the End of Grade Tests (EOG) have always been frustrating for my daughter. Sylvan worked with her on EOG test taking skills and strategies and reading and math skill gaps. We are happy to let you know that she passed the EOGs!!
