        Carson Tahoe is great, but all of the information needs to be updated, especially since this is an emergency care facility. The main hospital is located at 1600 medical parkway in Carson City, the number is 775.445.8000.

        Carson Tahoe is great, but all of the information needs to be updated. The main hospital is now located at 1600 medical parkway in Carson City, the new number is 775.445.8000. Lab and Imaging is still provided at the former Carson Tahoe Hospital along with long term care. Their number is 775.885.4430
