Operation Kindness Animal Shelter

Our family lost our dear beloved friend, Sandy Girl, today. She was 16 years old and a beautiful golden retriever mix dog. She succumbed to severe arthritis, but otherwise perfectly healthy and alert. Life was getting to be a difficult struggle for her to move around, and her hind legs would collapse and she would fall. Here's to all of our faithful animal friends who keep us humans grounded and sane.

Not your typical depressing dog pound. This place makes you feel like the dogs are happy to be there. They seem to know they are loved by the staff and are awaiting their forever home.
