Maverick Harley-Davidson

So i decided to come in at the end of the day and be that guy before close to look around. I saw the bike i wanted outside. I walked inside and saw a employee at the door ready to greet me. Wow end of the day closing after a 12 hour day and this guy is ready to take care of me. I was impressed. We ended up talking and I really enjoyed meeting my salesman Joey aka shark. He is an amazing person and I know well how to read people and see who they are as a person as it's part of my job in my career. I got good vibes and felt so at home with his hospitality and kindness. He was so helpful and Joey is the only reason I baught a bike. I have friends at other dealerships and chose to do business with a guy I just met bc I trusted him and his ability to help me get a new HD dyna. People first not penny's. And he did just that. He couldn't have done a better job than he did. It's impossible to do better than he did. The staff is amazing. Todd In parts is literally the bomb.com. his personality and soul is amazing. I've been in car industry in service as a service advisor and a service manager. I know customer service and i got better service than I could ever give to my customers from these two guys. I am a customer for life. And as long as Todd and shark are there. I'll be back everytime to spend my money on my bike and parts and keep building my bike with their help. As long as these two amazing souls are here I'll be back again and again and keep bringing more clients to get on the road with maverick Harley Davidson. Best service ever. 110% satisfied. I love you guys. Please ask for shark if u need a bike. He will blow ur mind with how amazing his skills and help can be

I was reassured that the bike was in proper working order and that it was perfectly fine. It was not and now I'm trying to make a service appointment and I am quite sure it will require more money.

This dealership sucks what a complete screw job!

Since 2003 I have purchased five Harley Davidson, from HD, North Texas(Danny Watkins), has been my sales rep very knowledgeable, James Sales Manager outstanding great guys to deal and purchased bike from. The Service department outstanding they take care of problem the first time and back up their work, Zack and Daniel are winning team in the service department. I would not let any one work on bike except North Texas H.D. or deal with anybody else in Dallas Metroplex but North Texas, H.D... Outstanding job guys keep up the good work. You are five Star Dealership.
