Farmers Insurance - Mark Jenkins

Multiple attempts at canceling 3 insurance policies have been ineffective. Calls, texts, and faxes are proof that everything asked for was submitted, yet months later we are still receiving bills from this agent. He claimed he could not read my handwriting yet he has my cell phone and can call me 24/7 for clarification. At this point he said my account was closed and sent a final bill. Yet months later we are still getting bills. Upon contact to obtain any logical explanation as to why these policies are illegally reinstated, Eric does not know why we are still being billed. Yet he is our agent.
Incompetant would be the nicest word to describe him. Snake would be more appropriate. On the phone he can't answer basic questions and plain and simple he is extorting us and doing a money grab. Hell the guy refused to give me a declaration page, I just wanted to see a breakdown of my bill! Is that too much to ask? I have a right to know what I am being billed for. I am paying several thousand a month and he flat out refused me a declaration.
In frustration I spoke to his supervisor Gwen who assured me these issues would be resolved. Yet they are still ongoing months later.This is not how we do business Eric. Hanging up the phone and illegally billing people is not acceptable. Sleaze ball and dishonest practices will not be tolerated.
I have told all my friends and family to stop going to Kohler Insurance Agency/ Farmers and will continue telling my tale to anyone in ear shot. Bad experience is an understatement, Hellish nightmare would be a more appropriate term in this case.
This man has illegally billed us in the thousands and always skirts responsibility by saying he has no clue why we are being billed. How on god's green earth does that work? Maybe I'm stupid or Eric is the smartest man in the world.
Since Eric is aloof and the boogeyman seems to be sending us a bill without Eric's knowledge, it might be time for a legal team to step in here. "I don't know" is not an acceptable answer. See you in court pal.
