Blackout Fight Gear & Apparel

Ordered elbow pads in October. My credit card was charged, and I received confirmation that my order had gone through. After a month of receiving nothing, I sent an email checking on my order. Their response was that they were checking on it, and that they would contact me in a few days. It is January and I have still heard/received nothing.
