        Food was good

        We bought a groupon for Muldoons, never having gone before, and couldn't find a parking space within several blocks the first time we tried to use it. There was plenty of parking at 4 p.m. on Friday night. My husband's steak was excellent and my shephard's pie was steamy hot and not too strongly spiced. The hamburger was in clumps which gave me something to sink my teeth into. The carrots were just a bit past al dente, if you want mushy carrots, this isn't the item to get. We intend to return soon. This is a small, casual pub and restaurant with friendly employees and quick service. Nothing fancy about it. The soft drinks were $2.25 each but you get refills. Everything else was very reasonable--8 oz sirloin with baked potato for $11.95, for example.
