I've been going to the clinic for over two years, I have cervical spondylolysis, osteoarthritis in other joints, myofascial issues and overall joint, muscle and tendon pain. I feel the best I've felt in I know almost 20 years. The physicians, in particular Dr Boggus have been fantastic. The clinic treats the entire person. I've been seen by a pain psychologist to help deal with the depression that comes from constant and chronic pain. We've tried different treatments (some more successful than others). We did a DNA test (they have a sliding scale with the tester so that their patients can afford this otherwise often unattainable test) that proved to be real eye opener because of a missing enzyme in my system which showed that many medications instead of helping could actually be toxic. Now I'm on the correct medications. Dr. Boggus does a rhizotomy on either side of my neck at least once year and during the year does trigger points for my shoulders and occipital nerve blocks if necessary. Addressing these issues has not been a quick fix, but I've not had to have more surgery (after two on my neck - I now have hardware in my neck holding it together); both elbows worked on nerve compression; my right knee three times and my left ankle and foot) I count that as a blessing. I've had to work with the clinic doing occupational therapy (learning better ways to do a lot of things), using a tens unit (though at first I thought it was nonsense), seeing a podiatrist to help with posture. A lot of work went into my treatment, and my learning to live better. It is not easy, it will not happen overnight, I had to give up a lot of preconceived notions (i.e., that pills help everything). If you are willing to put in the time and effort, if you truly want to live with little or no pain - this is the place to be. Just remember it is not a quick fix and drugs are not the only answer.

Will be moving soon. Going to miss some of the friendly faces. not for everyone but they def helped me.

They spend more time with you than anyone has. I try to avoid Wednesday because they seem overly busy. Monday's are good.

Wrong Address.Great Doctors. Have been seeing them for years. Not always on time but always able to help. Better for being here.

Sent me a book to fill out the night before my appointment. Spent 45 minutes answering some very intrusive questions (and not answering the most intrusive). Gt to the final 2 pages and started reading all the ways they will try to extort you and was stunned. They basically say they will send you to out of network doctors and shut up and pay when the insurance companies won't. It goes on. I have seen a lot of doctors but none that would compare with this outfit.
I can not understand why anyone that can read would go to this place. Cancelled appointment as soon as their office opened.

Total rip offs!!!. They will bad mouth opioids then want you to sign up for ....ready for this???? 35 K stay in their little wing community north,My Wife mentioned his name Dimitri Arbuckle...BEWARE!!! He could care less about your pain,he was Hawking Suboxone a few yrs ago now he has something new....the place looks like the old boiler rooms or Bookie joint. be forewarned they want your money,novt your pain concerns

You are required to see every body there. They will charge you your co-pays for each person. Total rip off and scheme!
