        I never write reviews, but in this case felt it to be necessary. Nicholas is an expert in all aspects of real estate. My family (husband, 2 kids and dog) purchased a home from him in Monterey. However, he showed us houses in Seaside, Marina, Salinas, Carmel and Carmel Valley. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the area and is an expert in what he does. He's energy is contagious and his drive is amazing. He was really enjoyable to work with and I have already referred him to 3 of my friends which he successfully helped find their dream homes. When working with him we learned of his continued support to his customers and his ability to make you feel like he will always go the extra mile for you. After developing a relationship with him; we learned that he has been acknowledged by Coldwell Banker with the International Diamond Society Award. He is one of the youngest top producing relators in the area and will gladly work his tail off to make sure you are satisfied.
