        I am a 64 yr. old Air Force Veteran & had one of the most reliable & efficient customer service personnel that I have encountered ever, she took care of me from start to finish with quick personable & most professional work ethic that I have ever had her name is Lauren Bouder & she should be recognized by the management of the store she works at as well as UPS at large & all should follow this type of customer service protocol. Kudos to you Lauren keep up the good work because it is truly appreciated.
