Plaza Tire Service Inc

Plaza tire wanted my rating so here it is. Went in to get tires rotated on a five month old car with 5500 miles on it. I was then talked into getting balance in addition to rotation when not really required for only a small price more. Left car, came back in an hour as directed, car was not complete, only pulled into bay. Watched from parking lot thru the open bay as all tires taken off of car at once and taken to balancer while worker playing on phone. Watched worker play on his phone texting while balancing and returning tires to car. Technician took 45 minutes from taking first tire off to all tires on. Within five minutes from driving off I could tell there was problems with entire car shaking/bouncing and steering wheel shaking in my hands. Called and could not bring car back same day to get fixed. Next morning they checked & rebalanced every tire. Every tire was out of balance from previous day “balance” job. Service writer said sorry I don’t know why all tires were out of balance. I told him I know why they were out of balance because the technician was to worried about not working and playing on his phone than balancing tires. The bad part is I don’t even know if the tires were even rotated correctly. So, I made two trips to get tires rotated, spent three hours of my life I will not get back, and can only confirm that the four tires are balanced like they were before going there. I have had this plaza tire perform work in the past with no issues notes. If I go back I will watch to make sure I don’t get the same technician. It’s really disappointing to get this kind of quality of work performed. I would rotate my own tires but medical issues prevent this. Perhaps next time I get five star service?

Super friendly and even though they were busy.. they went out of their way to efficient on time. You get what you pay for and I’ve never had any issues with plaza tire. Wish I could say that for other places!

Take got me in and out and fix my tire

Good customer service from Mr. Spies though none of the workers wore a mask. This should be mandatory due to entering and exiting vehicles and dealing with the public.

Tech that rotated my tires could have removed the old rotate sticker and placed the new one in its spot instead of adding another sticker at the top of my windshield.

The guy that checked me out seemed upset because he was asked by a coworker to check me out instead of playing on his phone.

If the employees would have worn a mask I would have given a 5 star review but I'm glad my health was not a concern.

I went to the plaza tire on William St where they serviced my van changed all the fluids and some other stuff and someone neglected to double check there work and the next day I'm driving to work and my transmission goes out will I'm driving to work now my car is stranded on the highway till I get off work I will NEVER be using plaza tire again and you can take that to the bank
