        rough evening, but saved thanks to manager

        july 3rd, we realize how busy your are with the fights going on, but we were told twenty to 30mins fro dinner,while we waited for two hours foe a table. finally very upset i asked to soo the floor manager. he was very good at his job and got us a table at the bar. i do work foe six hotel on sanibel for interstate hotels and know what good customers service is, all i can say is thank-you very muck to the floor manager, that is the only thing that saved this evening for me. i am very gradeful and thank you very
